5-Day Bathroom Remodeling

Benji Builders and their team did an amazing job on our bathroom renovation. They completed the entire project on time within five days, including taking care of all the necessary permits. David was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and assisted us with everything we needed. He was responsive, professional, and made sure everything stayed on schedule from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and much easier than we expected. We're very happy with the finished bathroom and would definitely recommend Benji Builders and David to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor.

Benji Builders rescued me after I had to fire my first contractor for misleading me about the steps and costs of taking down a load bearing wall. I bought a duplex and did a significant remodel. Full redo of kitchen and two bathrooms. We found David Benji from a referral and he stepped in with no delay and got the job done. He and his team are problem solvers and they don’t leave you hanging. They show up every day and they listen to your needs and wants and make it happen. If anything is done in a way you are dissatisfied with (which rarely happened) they immediately fixed it. They are fast but thorough. David Benji always responds to calls and texts. I’m so happy we found him and I’m delighted with the results. Finally- he’s very fair with prices and will work within your budget. .

It was great to work with David and his team on our bathroom and kitchen renovations. They were very detailed, solution-oriented, good communication, and accommodating our tight timeline and goals. Very professional builders to put your trust in - highly recommend!

Benji Builders was referred to us by our real estate agent, and we can't believe that we found this gem of a contractor. Benji Builders just finished a bathroom renovation for us. They were very communicative, professional, had excellent time management, have excellent craftsmanship, friendly, on time every morning...the list goes on. We have hands-down found the contractors that we will be using for all our future home renovations. Thank you, Benji Builders!

Huge thank you to Benji and his team. They did a complete cosmetic bathroom reno for us and we are so happy with the quality and finished product. The team was quick and finished in just 1.5 weeks. Communicative and reliable. Thank you so much!

We were introduced to David through our realtor after purchasing a triplex that needed a full remodel—floors, paint, kitchens, bathrooms—the works. On top of that, we had an incredibly tight deadline, needing to move out of our existing place within a month. From the very beginning, David was prompt, responsive, and solution-oriented. He prepared a bid quickly and made it clear that he understood both the scope of work and the urgency of our timeline. Throughout the process, David was communicative and always available for questions or calls. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, and even when unexpected things came up—as they always do—he addressed them with calm professionalism, reasonable recommendations, and zero pressure. He would provide pricing clearly so we could make informed decisions, but never pushed for add-ons or unnecessary costs. In fact, he often took care of little things outside the original scope just because they needed to be done. His crew was equally impressive—punctual, respectful, and hardworking. We were honestly blown away by how much they were able to accomplish in such a short period of time. When I worried we might not make the deadline, David reassured me with confidence and, sure enough, everything was completed in time. One of the standout aspects of working with David is his ability to manage both time and budget without cutting corners. He works closely with a cabinet sub for kitchens and bathrooms, and their turnaround time was incredibly fast. The quality of the cabinetry and finishes exceeded our expectations, and his coordination made the whole process seamless. As someone who works in residential architecture, I interact with contractors and subs daily. It's rare to find someone as respectful, honest, and detail-oriented as David. Being a woman in the building industry, I’ve unfortunately come across my fair share of dismissive or condescending attitudes—but David is the exact opposite. He’s professional, kind, and truly listens. He remembered every conversation and every small request I made along the way, which speaks volumes about how much care he puts into his work. This was our first home purchase, and we were understandably nervous taking on a full renovation with limited time and budget. But David made us feel supported throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond in every way, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I can’t recommend him highly enough—his integrity, craftsmanship, and commitment to his clients are exceptional.

Cannot recommend Benji Builders highly enough! David is honest, upfront, accommodating, and reliable. He and his crew made the entire experience of remodeling easy and produced beautiful results. From the initial plans to the finished work product, they are true professionals!
