We met David when he remodeled a neighbors place. We were deep in discussions with another contractor and decided to give him a chance. To our surprise, he ended up being our top choice. From day one, we have had zero regrets. We could not be more pleased with the results. Like any big project, there have been challenges. But we have always had full confidence that David would resolve our issues to our 110% satisfaction. We can’t afford it yet, but David already has our future business with some additional work we will be taking on and is already queued up to help another neighbor. On top of that, we had an incredibly tight deadline, needing to move out of our existing place within a month. From the very beginning, David was prompt, responsive, and solution-oriented. Being a woman in the building industry, I’ve unfortunately come across my fair share of dismissive or condescending attitudes—but David is the exact opposite. He’s professional, kind, and truly listens. He remembered every conversation and every small request I made along the way, which speaks volumes about how much care he puts into his work. This was our first home purchase, and we were understandably nervous taking on a full renovation with limited time and budget. But David made us feel supported throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond in every way, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I can’t recommend him highly enough—his integrity, craftsmanship, and commitment to his clients are exceptional.
