David at Benji Builder was my contractor for my kitchen remodel project recently completed. He performed well by timely scheduling subcontractors who delivered quality work. I had a custom tile job which included an intricate art work and his tile installers did a great job. Very happy with my new kitchen.

We met David when he remodeled a neighbors place. We were deep in discussions with another contractor and decided to give him a chance. To our surprise, he ended up being our top choice. From day one, we have had zero regrets. We could not be more pleased with the results. Like any big project, there have been challenges. But we have always had full confidence that David would resolve our issues to our 110% satisfaction. We can’t afford it yet, but David already has our future business with some additional work we will be taking on and is already queued up to help another neighbor. David is a professional, through and through and I feel fortunate to have had his guidance (and now friendship) on this journey.

The quality of the cabinetry and finishes exceeded our expectations, and his coordination made the whole process seamless. As someone who works in residential architecture, I interact with contractors and subs daily. It's rare to find someone as respectful, honest, and detail-oriented as David. Being a woman in the building industry, I’ve unfortunately come across my fair share of dismissive or condescending attitudes—but David is the exact opposite. He’s professional, kind, and truly listens. He remembered every conversation and every small request I made along the way, which speaks volumes about how much care he puts into his work. This was our first home purchase, and we were understandably nervous taking on a full renovation with limited time and budget. But David made us feel supported throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond in every way, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I can’t recommend him highly enough—his integrity, craftsmanship, and commitment to his clients are exceptional.
