On top of that, we had an incredibly tight deadline, needing to move out of our existing place within a month. From the very beginning, David was prompt, responsive, and solution-oriented. He prepared a bid quickly and made it clear that he understood both the scope of work and the urgency of our timeline. Throughout the process, David was communicative and always available for questions or calls.
