We were introduced to David through our realtor after purchasing a triplex that needed a full remodel—floors, paint, kitchens, bathrooms—the works. On top of that, we had an incredibly tight deadline, needing to move out of our existing place within a month. From the very beginning, David was prompt, responsive, and solution-oriented. He prepared a bid quickly and made it clear that he understood both the scope of work and the urgency of our timeline. Throughout the process, David was communicative and always available for questions or calls. He kept us in the loop every step of the way, and even when unexpected things came up—as they always do—he addressed them with calm professionalism, reasonable recommendations, and zero pressure. He would provide pricing clearly so we could make informed decisions, but never pushed for add-ons or unnecessary costs.
